SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Urban Gurukul! We are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable shipping experience for you. Here’s what you need to know about how we plan to get your order to you efficiently and promptly.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of order placement. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sundays or holidays will be shipped on the subsequent Monday or next business day.


Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Please note: Certain regions may experience delivery times longer than our standard duration.

Below are the estimated minimum delivery timelines for different regions:

  • Kashmir: 5–7 days
  • Ladakh: 7 days
  • Northeast Region (Himachal, towns of Punjab, and UP): 5–7 days

 

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our processing and delivery timelines, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances—such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, riots, or political disruptions—can impact the shipping timeline. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a ₹35 shipping fee is applicable.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹50 cash handling charge (levied by the delivery partner) applies. You can avoid this additional cost by opting for prepaid orders.
